In this post I will be talking about the inventions made by young Kuwaiti men and women. I will also mention the awards that they have won.

The Stars of Science Show

The Stars of Science is a show that takes place in Qatar. Contestants all over the Arab countries meet up and show their inventions to a group of judges. At the end, there will be only one winner. In 2010, Sadeq Qasem from Kuwait won the title. Sadeq invented a device that prepared chemical samples. This device does five jobs that other devices do. It collects the samples and mix them together and heat them or cool them.  Sadeq named his invention "AlChemist".

Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Giftedness and Creativity

Sabah Al-Ahmad Center fot Giftedness and Creativity awarded three gold medals for the young inventors. These inventors are, Sulaiman Al-Khataf, Hazzam Al-Mutairi, and Bassem Al-Rajeeb.

SulaimanAl-Khataf invented a baby cribs that automatically adjust the temperature of the crib, making it more comfortable for the infants. 

Hazzam Al-Mutairi invented a device that a driver will put on while driving and that device will alarm the driver if he fell asleep suddenly.

BassamAl-Rajeeb invented a device that will reduce the pollution in water. This device can be placed in the boats front and in harbors.
